     "passthrough" areas.

    =MISC=
   * Access to RAiN NET should only be given to those users who the sysop
beleives to be a "Good User." In other words, do not give LAME users

HOSTS must in turn relay this message to the WHQ.

   * Fighting, warring, ragging, or flaming or whatever you call it is
NOT allowed. If a user is seen flaming another user, then the board
from which the post originiated will be removed from the net. In
most cases, the system will receive a warning after the first time
     they are seen flaming.

   * One-liners should not be posted. On occasion, a one line post may
be appropriate, but if they are too frequent, the user who does
the one-line posting shall be removed from the net.

   * Anonymous messages are NOT allowed on this network.

   * If you upload an ansi to the ansi base, make sure it is in standard
FIDO format. (ie: save length of 76 lines [MAX]). If this is not
done, the message will not be correctly displayed on other systems.
